The Fiji Public Trustee Corporation Pte Ltd, a government owned commercial company that provides estate planning
and administration, trustee, and legal services. The Corporation is currently undergoing transformation and growth. The team is focused on executing meaningful solutions and products to clients and delivering an exceptional brand and customer experience.
The Corporation is looking for an individual to join our team as the Manager Estates and Trust.
Roles and responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong managerial skills, leadership qualities, a solid work ethic, advanced computer skills and a commitment to enhancing estate services in Fiji. The main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Estate & Trust team,
- Efficiently managing cases, improving work processes,
- Reporting to the Board as part of the senior management team,
- Conducting staff reviews based on the Performance Management System
- Maintaining profitability within the budget
- Strategic planning for the section.
Qualifications and Attributes
Experienced manager with a proven track record in meeting deadlines, enhancing customer service, fostering teamwork and demonstrating leadership. Possess a degree in Law, Commerce, Real Estate & Management, Public Administration or any relevant field from a recognised institution.
Salary
A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
